Plan the week in blocks

Give each day Drill, Practice, Pro Player Study, or Bad Matchup Study blocks, pull in Study Queue items, or add something custom. Empty days are rest days, not misses.

Check off today’s Daily Quest

Today’s blocks follow you around the app as quests, with a reminder if you want one. Finish the session and tick them off.

Earn Momentum for showing up

A completed quest is +10, clearing the whole day adds +15, and a skipped quest costs 8 after a one-day grace window. Consistency becomes a number you can watch.

Climb from Beginner to Enlightened

Momentum carries your Training Rank through eight tiers, with a year of Daily Quest completions mapped on your rank page.

Keep streaks and train together

Streaks only count planned days, so rest never breaks one. Share the routine with a friend and tick off the same week side by side.

Frequently asked questions

Do rest days break my streak?

No. Streaks and Momentum only count the days you planned, so a week with two rest days is still a perfect week if you clear the other five.

What happens if I miss a planned day?

Each planned quest you skip costs 8 Momentum, and only after a one-day grace window. The day is marked missed on your training calendar, and vacation mode pauses misses entirely when you need a longer break.

How is Momentum calculated?

Every completed Daily Quest item earns 10 Momentum, and clearing everything planned for the day adds a 15 point bonus. Missed quests subtract 8 after the grace window.

What are the Training Ranks?

Eight tiers, one every 300 Momentum: Beginner, Novice, Intermediate, Professional, Expert, Master, Grand Master, and Enlightened.

Can a friend or coach plan the week with me?

Both. Share a routine with a friend and you each edit and tick off the same week, or link with a coach and their assigned blocks appear beside your own.

Does the schedule sync between web and mobile?

Sign in and the same schedule, completions, and Momentum follow you across the web and mobile apps. Without an account it still works, stored locally per game.
